Cheesy spinach artichoke dip is what it’s all about! I know I’ve shared my cold bacon spinach dip, but I wanted to share one of my favorite dips ever!

    Why This Recipe Works

Just like your favorite restaurant appetizer- this dip is creamy, flavorful, and delicious!

With only a handful of ingredients needed, this hot artichoke dip comes together easily!

Perfect for a dinner party, the holidays, or a potluck- this makes a good amount great for sharing.

    What Goes Into This Recipe

Cream Cheese- Allow this to come to room temperature for easy mixing.

Artichoke Hearts- I use canned and then chop them up.

Spinach- Buy a frozen block, then microwave it, let it cool, and squeeze out all the excess water.

Cheese- Freshly grated parmesan and mozzarella will melt the best but if shredded is all you have that will work fine.

Red Pepper Flakes- This adds just a little heat and some nice color.

    1. Step 1: Drain and chop up your artichoke hearts. Microwave spinach then squeeze out excess water when it's cool enough to handle.

    1. Step 4: Pour in an oven safe dish and bake.

I highly recommend my no-knead bread to dip in this recipe or use it to make a bread bowl and serve the dip out of it! Check out my article on how to toast bread in the oven to make nice little toasted baguette slices.

Can I Cook This Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe in a Crock Pot?

Yes! Follow the instructions but place the dip in a crock pot and heat up on high until warm- usually takes about 2 hours.

Can I Use Fresh Spinach for This Dip?

You can use fresh, but it takes a few more steps.  You will want to cook down 1 lb of fresh spinach and then squeeze out the excess water.

    How to Store Artichoke Dip?

Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

How to Reheat Hot Artichoke Dip?

Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring frequently until heated through. Alternatively, you can heat the dip back up in the oven at the same temperature as in the recipe.

Do you increase the cook time for a double or triple batch?

You want to heat it through so depending on the dish you have (if it's a larger more shallow dish or small and deep) will determine how long you need to heat it up for.
