- Creative: A fun twist that breaks up the usual leftover routine.
- Customizable: Easy to adjust with your favorite taco fillings, holiday leftovers, or tasty salsas (check out my favorite Pineapple Mango Salsa for a fun addition!).

What Goes Into This Recipe:
Leftover Shredded Turkey: If you need a tasty turkey recipe, I have lots! My current favorite is my cranberry molasses smoked spatchcock turkey, but you can't go wrong with this herb butter turkey, either!
Toppings: I love a combo of cream cheese and cranberry relish paired with green onions. However, you can use any leftovers to fill the tacos!
Taco Shells: These taste great with fried corn tortillas, but a warmed flour tortilla would be delicious too.

Thanksgiving Taco Options
Pretty much any leftovers put into taco form will be delicious, so feel free to get creative! I like to make sure I have something creamy (like my turkey gravy without drippings, cranberry sauce, or green bean casserole with cream cheese, smoked cream cheese) to act as a Thanksgiving salsa.
- My Favorite: Turkey with cream cheese, cranberry relish and green onion
- Classic: Turkey with sour cream mashed potatoes, gravy, and homemade stuffing.
- Sweet Potato Spin: Turkey with sweet potato soufflรฉ, toasted marshmallow, and a little syrup.
- Salsas: Looking for a more traditional salsa for these tacos? Check out my roasted tomatillo salsa, pico de gallo, or cilantro lime sauce!
