Fresh vs Frozen Shrimp
Unless you live beachside, I recommend finding a tasty frozen shrimp that you enjoy. I've had fresh shrimp partially cook on a hot day just bringing it home from the grocery store- so since then frozen is the way to go for me.
I'll typically have some tasty Good Rancher's shrimp on hand and will use that, but if not, a frozen bag of large shrimp from Walmart will do the trick!
Make sure to thaw frozen shrimp under cold running water and cook as soon as it's done thawing.

This grilled shrimp recipe was originally part of my Hearthstone Inspired Menu series and was inspired by the Hearthstone card Tuskarr Fisherman.
This card is from the Knights of the Frozen Throne expansion and not only has good stats but a great battle cry! Plus this Tuskarr Fisherman looks like heโs ready for a shrimp kabob!
