Skewer the shrimp alternating between shrimp and key lime halves.

Cook the shrimp kabobs on the grill for 3 minutes, flip, and cook for another three. When done the shrimp should no longer be see through, but white, pink, and opaque (not see through!).

*You can easily double or triple this recipe!
*I used metal skewers but you can use wooden skewers too. Just make sure to soak the wooden ones to prevent any charring or fires.
Store leftover shrimp in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
