What This Recipe Needs
- Christmas Tree Cakes: The star ingredient-adds the signature vanilla, frosting, and sprinkles flavor everyone recognizes. Buy two boxes, you'll have a few cakes left over that you don't have to share!
- Cream Cheese: Creates a rich, velvety base and balances the sweetness.
- Whipped Topping: Lightens the dip and makes it extra fluffy.
- Milk: Helps thin the dip slightly, making it perfectly dippable.
- Vanilla Extract: Enhances the cake flavor and adds warmth.
- Green & Red Sprinkles: Add holiday cheer and that classic Christmas Tree Cake look.

Substitutions
- Cream Cheese → Neufchâtel: Slightly lighter but still creamy.
- Milk → Heavy Cream: Makes the dip even richer and creamier.
- Christmas Tree Cakes → Any Snack Cakes: Chocolate Tree Cakes, Zebra Cakes, or birthday cake snack cakes work in a pinch.

Variations
- Peppermint Version: Add a drop of peppermint extract and crushed candy canes.
- Chocolate Drizzle: Swirl in melted chocolate or top with mini chocolate chips.
- Extra Festive: Add crushed Christmas Oreos or gingerbread pieces for texture.
- Chocolate Trees: Use Chocolate Christmas Trees Cakes for a fun chocolate twist!

Expert Tips
- Soften the Cream Cheese: This ensures a smooth dip with no lumps.
- Thaw Whipped Topping: Similar to my pumpkin fluff dip, this recipe calls for using frozen whipped topping. Make sure to let it thaw in the refrigerator the night before so it's easy to mix in!
- Chill Before Serving: A 30-minute chill helps the flavors blend and the texture thicken.
- Don't Overmix: Folding in the whipped topping keeps the dip extra fluffy.
- Add Sprinkles Last: Mix them in gently to avoid color bleeding.
