What Goes Into This Recipe?
Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal: You can use any type of cinnamon toast crunch cereal you want! Name brand, off-brand, other types (like French Toast or loaded!)
Mini Marshmallows: I prefer mini marshmallows when making any type of cereal bar. They melt much quicker and more evenly.
Butter: I typically use unsalted but salted will work fine too.
How to Make Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bars
- Step 1: Melt butter in a large pot over low heat. Add in marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
- Step 2: Remove from heat and stir in the cereal.
- Step 3: Press into a prepared baking dish and let cool.
Pro Tip:
When stirring the marshmallows into the cereal try to do it gently so you don't break the Cinnamon Toast Crunch into a bunch of tiny pieces.

These are a favorite in our house and we love how easy they are to make!
Melissa says
I made these today and they turned out great! I microwave my butter until melted about2 minutes, then add the marshmallows turning to coat then microwave another 2 minutes stirring after 1 minute then add the cereal turning to coat well. I found if you run water over your hands then press the cereal it doesnโt stick to your hands ๐
Lisa says
So glad you liked them! Love the tip of using water to keep things from sticking! I'll have to try that next time!
Crystal says
Is the nutritional value for the whole batch or one square?
Lisa says
One square. I cut the batch into 15 pieces.
Kelly says
For the nutrition facts, what serving size is this for? Iโm gonna regret asking lol
Lisa says
It's for 1/15th of the entire dish. I cut my bars into 15 equal pieces ๐

Doubled the recipe, used big marshmallow 10.5 ounces and 2 extra Tablespoons of butter. Definitely will be making them again. Iโd like to drizzle colored ( orange for Halloween, red green for Christmas) almond bark, next time!!
