Do you need the mini muffin pan?
Although the mini muffin pan makes perfect bite sized brownie bites, if you don't have one you can also bake the brownies in a sheet pan or a 9x13 and then use a circle cookie cutter to cut out as many bites as possible. Alternatively you could just cut the brownies into bite sized squares.
Can you use boxed brownies for brownie bites?
Yes! Prepare the brownie batter according to the box instructions then pour into the well greased mini muffin pan. Then follow the baking instructions below.
Store brownies in an air tight bag at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to 2 months!
Spray the pan thoroughly with non-stick cooking spray.
If you've left your brownie bites out and they've gone stale try placing them in an air tight zip lock back with a piece of white bread for a few hours or over night.
Variations
