    Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

    These peanut butter balls couldn’t be easier to make! Three ingredients and you have yourself the most delicious peanut buttery treat!

    This year I thought I’d make them a little more egg shaped as a fun Easter treat! Seriously so fun and so yummy!

    How to make chocolate peanut butter balls?

    • Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar.
    • Form into balls and refrigerate/freeze for 20 minutes.
    • Dip into melted chocolate.
    • Refrigerate until hard!
    • Enjoy!

    Yes! I often will make up a batch and then stick them in the freezer to have on hand as a snack for later!

    What if my peanut butter mixture is too sticky to dip into the chocolate?

    Simply pop the balls into the freezer and once they are hard then dip in the melted chocolate.

    Ingredients
      

    • ½ cup smooth peanut butter
    • ½ cup powdered sugar
    • 1 cup chocolate chips

    Instructions
     

    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • In a medium sized mixing bowl mix together the peanut butter and powdered sugar. (½ cup peanut butter, ½ cup powdered sugar)
    • Roll the peanut butter mixture into balls and place on the lined baking sheet.
    • Refrigerate/freeze the balls for 20 minutes or until they start to firm up.
    • Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave by heating for 30 seconds, stirring, and repeat until melted. (1 cup chocolate chips)
    • Dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate, making sure the whole thing gets covered.
    • Allow the chocolate to harden and then enjoy!
