Chicken Sandwich Recipe with Chick-Fil-A Copycat Sauce
Chicken Sandwich Recipe, easy, delicious, and perfect for lunch!

Servings: 6 sandwhiches
Ingredients
Sandwich
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 lbs chicken tenders
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- 1 Avocado
- 6 slices Bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese optional
- 12 slices Bread
Copycat Chick-Fil-A Sauce
- ½ cup mayo
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbs Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup lemon juice
Instructions
- In a medium skillet heat, cook bacon until done*.
- In a separate pan add olive oil over medium heat and then add the chicken tenders to the pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, flip, sprinkle with more seasonings, and cook until done. About another 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from pan and make the chick fila sauce whisking together all the sauce ingredients.
- Slice the avocado and build your sandwich.
- Enjoy!
- I recommend refrigerating any leftover sauce up to a week!
Notes
*You can use the bacon grease to cook the chicken in instead of olive oil if you want. *Nutrition calories are skewed since they include dividing up all the sauce between each sandwich when in reality you will only put a few table spoons on each sandwich. *Chick-fil-a sauce recipe adapted from house of yumm.
