In a food processor combine all ingredients. Process until fully mixed. If you want a thinner sauce add water 1 tbs at a time until you get your desired consistency.
¼ cup olive oil, 1 cup green onions, ½ cup cilantro, 4 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, 3 limes, ½ cup sour cream

Tips and Tricks
Regular White Onion- If you use regular white onion instead of green, add only ¼ cup, mix, and taste, then add more if you desire. Regular onions have a lot of water in them compared to green onions, so the sauce will be much thinner.
How to store: Store sauce in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
