Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 2-3 cups spinach
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tbs chia seed
  • 1-2 scoops collagen peptides optional

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
