Ingredients

large frozen ripe banana

milk

tbs
unsweetened cocoa powder

tbs
creamy peanut butter*
Instructions
In a blender, add the banana, milk, cocoa powder and peanut butter. Blend on high until combined. Add more milk if it needs to be thinned.

Tips and Tricks
*Peanut Butter is optional but recommended. It adds a good flavor balance and thickness to the smoothie.
Substitutions:
Peanut Butter:
Use any nut butter in place of peanut butter, it will change the flavor and texture a bit but still be delicious.
Milk:
Use any milk substitute you enjoy. Depending on the fat content of the alternate milk will change the creaminess of the smoothie.
