Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Combine the brown sugar, heavy cream, butter, vanilla, and maple syrup in a small saucepan. Stir and heat over medium until everything is melted and smooth.

Pour the caramel sauce into the 9x13 pan then place cinnamon rolls into the caramel sauce, cinnamon side down.
2 cans (12.4 oz) Cinnamon Rolls
Bake for 20 minutes placing foil over the dish for the last 5 minutes so you don’t overcook the cinnamon rolls.
Once done baking allow to sit for 5 minutes. Then place a plate over the dish and carefully flip the baking dish over and remove.

Tips and Tricks
You can use Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls too instead. Just use 2 packs (for a total of 10 cinnamon rolls) and bake the same as the instructions above!
