In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in 3 cups powdered sugar until blended.
In a small saucepan over very low heat, cook and stir chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
Pour melted chocolate into cream cheese mixture and beat until blended. Stir in vanilla. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll chocolate into 42 balls, making 14 of them slightly bigger than the rest, these will be the base of the snowmen.
Let the truffles dry completely, several hours so they aren’t sticky.
Melt white candy melts either over a double boiler or in the microwave (stirring frequently). If the candy melts are too thick add 1 tbs of refined coconut oil or shortening and stir completely. Adding a little more coconut oil, a little at a time until it is thin enough to use.
Dip the truffles in the white candy melts setting them on a parchment lined baking sheet to dry.

Using more melted candy melts glue the mini Reeses and Oreo thins together to make the hat.
To assemble stick a toothpick into the center of the base of the snowman. Then push the middle of the snowman over that followed by the head making sure to be careful of the facial features.
Carefully press in the pretzel pieces as arms and lastly wrap a string of rope candy around the neck. I peeled the Twizzler twists apart to get a thin enough scarf.
