This perfect steak is dripping with flavor and is melt in your mouth good! Cooked in butter with garlic cloves this steak can’t get any better!

Ingredients
½lbtop sirloin steak
1teaspoonsalt
2tbsbutter*
4garlic clovesunpeeled
2teaspoonliquid smokedivided
2tbsWorcestershire saucedivided
Instructions
Let your steak come to room temperature for 10-20 minutes. During this time sprinkle both sides with salt.
In a medium skillet melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the garlic cloves with the peel still on, once cooked the peel will come off easily! I leave the cloves in the pan for as long as the steak cooks.
Place your steak in the heated pan and cook 3-5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon liquid smoke and 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce. Flip add remaining liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce and cook for another 3-5 minutes. You will probably need to flip it again and cook until the steak is done to your liking!

*If you can't have butter just use olive oil instead!
