This homemade hot sauce recipe is easy to make, great for dipping or on wings! Make sure to have some milk nearby because this is fiery hot!

Ingredients
2cups~100 Thai Chili Peppers
1cuprice vinegar
4clovesof garlic
Instructions
Set your oven to broil on high.
Rinse peppers and remove stems. Place on a baking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes or until they start to char. Watch the chilies carefully so they don’t completely burn.
Remove from oven and place chilies in a medium sized sauce pan. Add garlic and rice vinegar and bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add pepper, vinegar, and garlic to a food processor or high powered blender and process until the chilies are chopped up small!
