Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2-4 tbs dry rub everything bagel seasoning or garlic herb rub etc

Instructions

  • Preheat smoker to 225°F.
  • Place block of unwrapped cream cheese on a foil lined baking sheet, or a disposable aluminum pan.

  • Score the cream cheese. I like to do diagonal cuts perpendicular to each other to form diamonds.

  • Sprinkle with your favorite dry rub or seasoning.

  • Smoke cream cheese for 2 hrs at 225°F.

Tips and Tricks
  • Storage: Store any leftovers in an air tight container in the fridge. It should last up to a week if stored properly.
  • Reheating: Place cream cheese on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake in a 300° F preheated oven until heated through. Typically, 10-15 minutes.
