Tips and Tricks
You can buy Crème de Menthe syrup from your grocery store if you don’t want to make it. It is found near the alcohol/liquor section. Just make sure to buy a non-alcoholic version for this recipe.
I like to use club soda for half of my water because I love the carbonation, but it isn’t necessary for the drink. If not using carbonated water use plain water instead.
This drink is extra refreshing if it’s nice and cold so I like to add lots of ice!
There are many recipes for a copycat mint julep online and we all use similar ingredients but have different ratios!
I got inspiration from several recipes and then decided to make my own, with my own homemade creme de menthe syrup and my own ingredient amounts. Hope you like my version of this Disney inspired classic!
